Flavourings, fresh vegetables and pure products give our menu the primacy it deserves. Our recipes, recipes that our grandmothers have taught us, based on traditional products, differentiate so that to adapt to our everyday life in a unique sense of pleasure and respect for tradition.
Considering, therefore, a good Greek - Zakynthian traditional cuisine and the delight of our palate we cook 6 different dishes every day, which are consumed during the lunch. So our food is always pure and fresh!
In the evening we add coals to the fire and we start the Greek called "psitoura"! Meat, always local and a variety of handmade starters such as aubergines skordostoubi, porpetes, zucchini balls and many other compose our menu.
